This 2+ hr. long video is a fairly comprehensive overview of the New Age Movement. The video explains the New Age movement’s historical roots, catalogs its religious/humanist/occult doctrines and practices, and exposes its true (anti-Christian) nature. It includes a discussion of spiritism, the New Thought movement, Eastern mysticism, reincarnation, aliens and UFOs, and the humanistic writings of Pierre Teilhard du Chardin, all of which have been incorporated into the New Age movement. The producer shows how the occult — everything from witchcraft, shamanism, magick, astrology, fortune-telling, etc. — have all been brought together in a synchretistic mystical-spiritual potpourri which has deceived whole generations. With regard to the New Age movement, it would be accurate to say that ‘anything goes …’ (as long as it is not traditional Christian doctrine.)
The many spiritual counterfeits of the New Age movement are exposed. Of special interest are the coverage of spirit channeling, the practice of allowing ‘discarnate entities’ to take control of one’s mind and body, purportedly for the purpose of transmitting the arcane knowledge of the ‘ascended masters’. Channeling is a perilous activity (for both channeler and listener!) as old as the Bible itself. The video includes J. Z. Night channeling ‘Ramtha’, and Jane Roberts and her demon, Seth, to cite only two of many. That such gobbledygook could be taken seriously by so many gullible souls is a sad reflection on the human intellect. The video ends with alien abduction horrors and speculation about alien-human ‘hybrids’.
The New Age movement is decidedly UN-Christian, and fraught with peril. The threat to Christianity, and America — indeed, the whole world — should be obvious. This can only end in one of two ways: either God will visit his wrath upon the earth … or mankind will become extinct, a victim of terminal stupidity.
This video does a good job of explaining how the various beliefs and practices of the New Age movement are diametrically opposed to Christian doctrines. It is very well done. While its message is ‘Bible-based’, it is not overbearing in its insistence that every word of the Bible is literally true. Thus its message should be accessible even to the more sophisticated truth seeker. This video should be viewed by everyone.
