IS CHRISTIAN ZIONISM BLASPHEMY?

This short incisive video presentation makes it clear that so-called ‘Christian Zionism’ is not Christian doctrine at all. Indeed, it is nothing less than Christian blasphemy.

The theological concepts examined by these Christian bloggers are central to the faith. Any related doctrinal questions were decided thousands of years ago, and have never been seriously challenged. There is really nothing to debate.

Especially instructive in this short video is the discussion of the concept of the ‘temple’ as it is envisioned in the New Testament … and the refutation of the Old Testament idea of a physical temple as being the abode of God. It is abundantly clear that the Christian Zionists’ obsession with (re)building the third temple in Jerusalem and embracing Old Testament religious practices and beliefs has no basis whatsoever in Christian doctrine. All this talk about the ‘Third Temple’ is nothing more than the bloviating of fools who have not the slightest idea of what Christianity is all about (America’s TV preachers and the poor deluded fools who buy into their nonsense.)

Christian Zionism is the work of the devil. America’s television preachers be damned (and they will be, to a man (and woman) … unless they change their tune.) Frankly, I’m not expecting miracles here. And a miracle is exactly what it will take to bring God back to the Holy Land overrun by murderous zealots … not a ziggurat of cut stones and a blood-stained altar.
